Since we are on the subject, let’s move on to Karen W.

She decided to use this option too.

Her situation was a perfect example of a community effort. There were at least four residences involved in trapping four kittens. The neighbors ended up trapping the kittens in a bird cage that was stored in their shed next to the traps. We decided to take up the whole bird cage with kittens inside.

They were older kittens and would have been returned to the location where they were trapped, but Karen wanted to tame them so they could find homes. We set up a big kennel with a litter box, bedding and food in her bedroom. We gave her tips on how to go about taming free-roaming kittens and suggested a number of YouTube stations. One of the kittens is already adopted and two are still being tamed.
