Distributing food to our 45 caregivers every month keeps GCCCP in touch with their colonies and their needs.
This happened with Dineen, one of our first guardians, who we have been working with for over three years.
As we were delivering food to her, Dineen told us that someone had left three kittens in a box on her doorstep. We arranged to pick them up the next day and take them to our new partner, Idaho Humane Society. They were taken in, neutered\spayed, vaccinated, vetted, and adopted within days.
Dineen also told us about a friendly cat who had been abandoned by a neighbor who moved. A week later GCCCP took him up to Idaho Humane Society where they found a new home for him.
