GCCCP has been around long enough now to watch neighborhoods evolve into caring clusters who are the rescuers for their area. We taught them to trap, and now they trap. We suggested fostering, and now they foster.
There are many clusters who GCCCP is so proud of!
Cynthia took up GCCCP’s call to foster some of a large litter of kittens that came into IHS with ringworm. Besides doing a great job at treating ringworm, she adopted two kittens that had ringworm and one that had panleukopenia as well!
Later, Cynthia called and asked if she could borrow some traps. Three cats were dumped in her backyard. The neighbors got together and posted pictures to see if they had families looking for them. Her neighbors adopted two of them and on Christmas Eve Cynthia took the third cat, a beautiful Siamese, to IHS. She and her neighbor, Karen, convinced IHS he should be rehomed.
