After years of caring for their free-roaming cats, the caregivers are devastated to move away, not knowing what will happen to the generations of cats they have loved.
Many of those cats would have had a good chance to find homes if Garden City worked with Idaho Humane Society. Instead, those much-loved animals will pour into our streets, looking for a way to survive.
